The latest addition to the Motion Coordinator range is coming. The new MC464 supports up to 64 axes of motion with 64 bit integer position registers for ultra precise axis resolution.  With support for networked digital drives, and programming  with Trio BASIC or IEC61131  it saves interconnection time,  increases flexibility and gives you lots more processing power.   With many other features to make motion control even easier, the next generation of Motion Coordinator has arrived!

The unique modular design makes sure that whatever the drive, motor and feedback type you choose, you can control it simply, with only the hardware needed. The MC464 allows up to 7 half height expansion modules or 3 full height expansion modules to be added to the controller.

Expansion Modules include:

  • Panasonic Real Time Express Digital Drive Network Interface
  • SERCOS Digital Drive Interface
  • SLM Digital Drive Interface
  • EtherCAT Digital Drive Interface
  • Flexible Axis Interface Module for analogue servo encoder interface and step and direction interface for stepper motors
  • Anybus interface to make sure that factory communication flexibility is assured
